Build a one-player Creator job
Start in the GTA Online Creator and make a new job. It doesn't need a clever name. Use anything you'll recognise later, add a short description, and take a quick thumbnail photo with the Creator camera. The important setting is the player count: set the job minimum to one. That keeps the setup simple and lets you run it alone. You're not making a polished community mission here. You just need a job that passes the Creator checks and can be launched from your own job list.
Force the Krampus appearance
Head into Team settings next, then open Team 1. Set that team's minimum player count to one as well. From there, go into Appearance and look through the outfit categories until you reach Xmas Krampus. This is where the useful choices sit. Pick Vile Krampus, Rotten Krampus, or Horrible Krampus, depending on which version you actually want to keep. Set the team outfit option to Forced. Don't leave it on a selectable setting, since the job needs to load your character straight into the chosen costume.
Minimum items the job needs
A Creator job won't save unless it has the basic playable pieces in place. Drop them somewhere easy to find; there's no need to make the area look tidy. Keep the camera and spawn points close to the trigger if you'd rather not waste time moving around when testing it. The setup is small, but each item has a purpose.

Launch it and create the save state
Save the job, return to an Online session, and find it through Pause Menu, Jobs, My Jobs, then Creator. Once you're inside, open the Interaction Menu and go to Appearance, then Illuminated Clothing. Hold Right on the D-pad for roughly half a minute. It can feel a bit pointless, but players use this pause to help the outfit state stick. After that, don't manually quit the job. Let the game remove you for being idle. Console players can sit on the dashboard, while PC players may use their system's suspend option and wait for the idle removal.
Store the outfit before changing sessions
When GTA Online places you back in a fresh session, check your character right away. If the method worked, the Krampus set chosen in Creator should still be equipped. Go straight to a clothing shop or your property wardrobe and save it in an unused outfit slot. That's the bit people forget, and it's what turns the temporary look into something you can wear later.
